Three More Cider Producers Join Us

Therealalecompany.co.uk is pleased to announce the arrival of Fosseway CiderThe Orchard Pig Cider and West Croft Cider to our stable.

Fosseway Cider first made a small batch of cider just over three years ago and have not looked back since.  They have been nominated as Best Drink Producer in the Blackmore Vale Taste of Somerset awards and won a Second in class at this year's Royal Bath & West of England Show.

The Orchard Pig Cider produce wonderful, lightly sparkling ciders. These premium ciders are made from a mix of over 10 varieties of hand-graded apples, harvested from unsprayed and naturally maintained orchards. Crushed, pressed and fermented, the ciders are matured for at least six months to produce the depth of flavour that is proving so popular.

West Croft Cider is a traditional cider farm, located at the foot of Brent Knoll and within reach of Burnham-on-Sea and Brean.  Established by John Harris 5 years ago, the award winning ciders have a reputation that reaches far and wide.  In 2007 West Croft Janet's Jungle Juice was voted Champion Cider of Great Britain in 2007 by CAMRA (at a blind tasting of over 150 ciders). It was also runner up in 2008.

Coming Soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well it’s being a while since we posted our welcome on here and we’ve come a long way since.  Although the website (if the holding page isn’t up) doesn’t look much yet it will do over the next couple of weeks.

We’re really happy with where we’ve got to over the last few months and are now actively working with various breweries and a couple of cider producers who will hopefully be selling through our site from the moment we go live.  We’ll announce each of these in the run up to go live or when they start to sell on the site if it’s after this date.

We are now taking enquiries from the trade about our services though at the moment our business will be more dominant in the north of England, mainly Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire and Yorkshire.  This will change quickly as we spread our net of vendors.  Please email us at enquiries@therealalecompany.co.uk if you are involved in selling beers, ciders or perrys in any form (cask, bottle, polypin etc) for further details.

The public will be able to buy direct from our site once we go live and we hope to confirm that date very soon.

Thanks The Team @ www.therealalecompany.co.uk
